Our Services
Support Coordination
At Adrasteia Services, we provide NDIS Coordination of Supports across Levels 1, 2 and 3, empowering participants to make informed decisions and achieve their goals with confidence.
Our Support Coordinators work alongside participants to help them understand and maximise their NDIS plans, connect with quality service providers, coordinate and monitor supports, manage budgets, and identify any gaps in funding or services. We also provide ongoing guidance and advocacy to ensure supports remain responsive to each participant's changing needs.
With extensive experience in both the disability and NDIS sectors, our team has supported individuals with a broad range of visible and invisible disabilities. We are committed to delivering person-centred, strengths-based support that promotes choice, independence and long-term sustainability, while ensuring every participant receives the advocacy and coordination they deserve.

Behaviour Support

Adrasteia Services provides Specialist Behaviour Support to NDIS participants who have Specialist Behaviour Support funding included in their NDIS plans. Our Behaviour Support Practitioners work collaboratively with participants, their families, carers and support teams to improve quality of life, build independence and reduce behaviours of concern through evidence-based, person-centred approaches.
Our services include individual behaviour support sessions, capacity-building for participants, and comprehensive training and guidance for families, support workers and other members of the participant's support network.
We focus on developing practical strategies that promote positive outcomes and can be implemented consistently across all environments.
In addition to direct therapeutic support, our Behaviour Support Practitioners prepare high-quality clinical documentation, including Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs), Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), Positive Behaviour Support Implementation Plans, interim plans, risk assessments and other supporting reports tailored to each participant's individual needs.
All of our Behaviour Support Practitioners are approved NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioners with their own practitioner registration numbers.
Our team brings extensive qualifications, clinical knowledge and practical experience across a diverse range of disabilities, ensuring participants receive high-quality, ethical and contemporary behaviour support that aligns with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
